A home advisor matches you with a vetted real estate agent based on your requirements, timing, budget, location, experience, and personality. While we use algorithms to help us find the agent in our network best fit for your unique needs, our licensed home advisor team ultimately chooses who will be the best fit for you.
When you enroll in the program and use a preferred partner agent to finalize your transaction, in an eligible state, you will qualify to receive the cash reward based on the home sales price of the property you’re either buying or selling. That amount will be included in your closing disclosure as a credit towards the transaction cost of the purchase. We will work with you, the agent, the loan officer, and title officer to ensure the credit is applied accordingly.

The agent you match with will ultimately be the real estate agent that will help you set up listing alerts, attend showings/open houses, and guide you through the transaction.
