*Our referral fee scales with the home's sales price: 30% on homes under $150,000, 35% between $150,000 and $249,999, and 40% on homes over $250,000. It's calculated on gross commission when a referral goes under contract, and the exact percentage for your deal is spelled out in your agreement upfront.
