Our agents are trained to protect the integrity of the relationship between the partner and customer while keeping you updated at every step of the home buying process.
End-to-end collaboration
Our advisors will guide and nurture the customer based on their unique needs through the early phases of their journey in order to build a relationship and assess their needs. Once the customer is ready, we introduce them to a local real estate agent in our network who is the best fit for their needs. We stay in touch with the agent, customer, and loan officer throughout the process to ensure transparency and a smooth transaction at every step.
How it works
Every lead you send to Newzip goes through our screening process. Using our proprietary algorithm and team of Home Advisors, we vet and nurture each of your leads. Once the lead has been vetted, we use location, budget, desired home type, timeline, and personality to match consumers with the best-fit agent. From there, our Home Advisors work with you and our network of agents to support the consumer and ensure transparency.

Home buyers who utilize Newzip's agent matching service will receive a cash reward in the form of credit at closing equal to 0.5% of the home sale price. This cash reward is generated from the referral fee real estate agents pay to take part in the Newzip network. In the event that the cash reward exceeds the concessions limit the customer will receive the reward in the form of a check within 30 days of their closing date. Home sellers who utilize Newzip's agent matching service will save 1% in the form of a pre-negotiated agent listing fee of 2%. The cash rewards program is available in all 50 states for selling and 42 for buying. The following states do not allow cash rewards rebates for home buyers: Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, or Tennessee.
